In general, Welsh-Ryan Arena is a great place to watch a college basketball game due to its small size.  However, its temperature control and lack of bathrooms, with the difficulty it can take to walk around gives it a 3 star review.  I hope the new changes coming will improve these issues.

This year for basketball Welsh-Ryan always had a great atmosphere, and the games are very fun. However, the food selection is lacking in general, and when the heat is on in a packed stadium, it becomes VERY warm very quickly. Always a good experience though.

Nice enough place to see game but you will be sweating near the top of the grandstands

Every seat is close to the action. That being said, some seats are benches and others are seats so bring a pillow if you are on a bench. There is also no alcohol served at the venue.

Not as nice as a nice high school gym. But, it's small enough that there are no bad seats.
