Nice stop along the west side of Lake Winnebago.  Small, well preserved, super clean, old school supper club with a long bar and great lake view from every seat on the house.  Ours was a spontaneous beverage stop only on a hot, Fall, Saturday evening.  The service was friendly, my gimlet was excellent and my partner's tap beer was icy cold!  Will definitely make a point to double back one Friday night for their "famous" fish fry.

We loved this place! I can't say enough wonderful things about this restaurant/bar! We went on a Friday afternoon for lunch and it was fantastic. It is an unassuming little place, but don't let that fool you... the staff is fantastic, the food was out of this world, and the view of the Lake is fantastic. I would wholeheartedly recommend Wendt's on the Lake... (order the perch...so yummy!)

Really good prime rib.  The green beans are amazing.  Never quite had them that way.  They have bits of cranberries and walnuts I believe.  Don't judge until you try.  Nice atmosphere, waitress was fun and helpful!  Thanks Haley!  (even without Haley's employee discount... LOL)

Great perch fish fry! Dad loved haddock. Service is always great. Our favorite supper club with a nice view of Lake Winnebago. Every time we come to Wisconsin, Wendt's is on my family's must visit list.

We came for the Lake Perch fry, some friends suggested Wendts had a good Perch fry they were wrong, they have a GREAT PERCH FRY. Years ago in Oshkosh you could go to almost any tavern on a Friday and get sweet, succulent perch with a golden light  breading served with fries, rye bread, butter tartar sauce and Cole slaw. The sweetness of the tartar sauce and Cole slaw complete the dish. Loved it.
