I am normally a Wendy's fan but this store just can't get my order right and has a few individuals that need to be removed from an otherwise wonderful staff. One day upon arriving home we realized we we're a burger short. My husband called, and informed the manager whom apologized and confirmed ..yes, we realized after you pulled away!  She stated, No problem I will put your name on the list and we will discount the price next time you come in for the price of the burger. The next visit my husband gave his name to the cashier at the drive thru and she took the cost off. When we pulled up to the second window a woman stated she was the manager and the cashier would pay for our burger out of her own pocket because we didn't have anything in writing. My husband and I are professional people who could never allow this to happen so my husband said, No please don't do that, it's fine I will just pay for it but she insisted that as the manager she could not just give food away. My husband politely asked for our money back and we haven't returned.

Drive thru service was excellent, the attendant was informative that the food was being dropped fresh and would be a 5 minute wait. The wait was well worth it, I enjoyed a quick conversation at the window and my order went fresh from the frier to my bag. Great service, cheerful staff, excellent food.

Went through drive-thru with 2 semi complicated orders. Staff was really nice. The manager Charles was the best out of all of them. He was super nice and made a few jokes. He had us pull up and wait a minute or two for some hot fresh food. This place is a lot better than the one next to bojangles!

Great place! Very clean. Manager took my order since it was early. Very respectable place. Good job guys!

Frosties are great new renovations are ok looks nice but at rush times lack of the old line bars creates chaos no one knows where the order line is( not good).
