The food is fine, and the employees aren't rude, but they're not positively service oriented either. They're also extremely slow. The Wendy's in Smithfield is GREAT however this one is next to my work so if I need a quick meal when I've forgotten my lunch, this is my option. I'd love to change my review if they could speed things up.

Food is great. A place for all ages. Great prices. But the wait is too much at times. Almost spent 20 mins. one time to at least order my food

Poor service. No line but took several minutes to take order. Braxton was unfriendly in doing so. Food took even longer and was cold. I rarely eat fast food and have a low expectation for it. I eat it when I'm in a hurry so slow service is a huge inconvenience.

Worst Wendy’s in America. I sat in the drive thru for 15 minutes and the line never moved. I thought it would be faster to go inside but no. Another 15 minutes standing in a line that never moved. The employees were just walking around doing nothing. I couldn’t wait anymore because I had to go to work so I never even got my food. Later my friend went back to pick me up some food and when I finally got my food, I was kind enough to share a nugget with my friend and she inhaled a piece of nugget and almost DIED.

Friday afternoon I went through the drive thru and was behind 3 cars. It took 22 minutes to order and get my food (yes I timed it). All I ordered was a 4 for 4 meal and it still took that long. When I payed I wasn't handed a receipt. When I got my food I wasn't given my dipping sauce and was not given an apology for the long wait. The food was mediocre at best and definitely not worth the long wait and poor service. I will not be returning to this location.
