Spent 20 minutes in the drive through after a long and stressful day. They got the order wrong so I had to park and come in where there were 8 or so staff laughing and carrying on (I'm confused why the service was so terribly slow considering they were so well staffed). The manager apologized and said he was confused which was the reason for the mix up. Give me a break. He didn't even refresh my nuggets or fries which had spilled all over inside the bag as I pulled out the incorrect part of the order. Fries were soggy and cold when I got home. I will never go back to this Wendy's again, I've given them plenty of chances and they continue to disappoint. Very said considering I was a Wendy's Supervisor for four years while I was in school and loved my job. This store is a disgrace to the franchise.

It's amazing how much of a difference you can find between fast food joints. This location must be managed atrociously. Has awful service, bun was stale, chicken patty must have been reheated a dozen times to have the texture that it did,  fries were stale and they filled my large container 1/4 of the way... first and last time we'll frequent this location. 

In contrast, the Wendy's by my work always tastes fresh and even if the line is around the block, you get through the line fast. That's the difference good management can make. I suggest whoever runs this establishment heed my advice and get some serious training, then train your employees or get new ones.

Went there on a Friday evening and the drive through was getting killed with a dozen cars in line. I went inside and was greeted by the friendliest staff! Everyone was humping it to get the work done, working together, and communicating. Seriously, I went there to grab a quick dinner, and walked out impressed. Also, the store was clean, and everything was well stocked. Excellent.

Food is good, but it has to be the slowest Wendy’s drive thru there is. It will take at least 10-15min if there are more than a couple cars.

Always super slow, rarely get order correct, not sure how they stay open. Only reason we continue to go is it's the only fast food my kids will eat in the area.
