How you serve cold food during a peak time is beyond me. How it takes 7 minutes to serve 2 burgers with an empty restaurant is an achievement. And the fact the woman behind the counter personally lived through world war 1 and is still working is inspiring. This location should be demolished. Never again. Here anyway, Wendy’s is usually pretty decent for fast food.

Fast food is what it is... I understand that.  I showed up at 10pm excited to see the line empty and placed my order.  After pulling up to the window and seeing 5 or 6 people working; I was excited for my late night nibble. I even ignorantly imagined how fresh my meal would be.  Unfortunately even without the pressure of a late night rush... this crew rustled up whatever they had laying around and put a bag in my hands in under a minute.  I paid  $8 for dog food.   The priority here is to get you out fast.  I feel stupid for assuming a crew this size would have the time to prepare a fresh burger, and fry some new fries.  They could have made what would have been a fantastically tasty junky meal.  Go to Houlihanns next door where $8-$10 gets you a fresh burger and fries in about 5-10 min, or call ahead and pick it up.

Horrible dining in experience.  Employees complained to us about each other. They got our order wrong. Old lady cleaning up came over to our table to discuss Medicaid. We wound up taking our burgers out to the car to eat.

Terrible customer service.  Extremely rude and rather incompetent.  Fast food should never take 20 minutes to get out to a customer.
