Went there for a baconator (spelling?) meal, 2 frostys and spicy chicken sandwich. Left with a soggy spicy chicken, a frosty that had spilled over the side of the cup and most of the fries were burnt. Took a picture after my husband threw away most of his fries. Word of caution: check your food before you leave.

I arrive at 6:45 pm and I order a baked potatoes with cheese and broccoli. I am told it will be ready in 2 minutes. It is now7:15 pm and I still don't have my baked potatoes. Th is is the longest 2 minutes of my life. Not ok.

Hands down the worst Wendy's I've ever been to.  I had high hopes after the complete store remodel last year, but it seems nothing has changed.  If Wendy's corporate has a decent secret shopper program in place they would catch problem locations like this and ensure a better customer experience.

Kinda weird, didn't have what I ordered, but somehow came up with something that hardly was acceptable. Took three people to make a drink while each checked their phones while the next person tried to figure out how to make a drink. Total fail! But fun to watch.
