It was terrible. Only 2 other people were in there so there shouldnt be any problems. Like both me and my fiance had fries that were almost cold. She ordered a number 1 on the menu and it had been flattened thin and barely warm. I got 10 piece chichen nuggets that were cold. Went to the soda machine to find out 10 later that it didn't work by a customer and had to get our cokes at the counter and they were flat and there was food under tables chairs etc. This happened the last time we went there 1 yr ago but was busy but vowed never to go again and stupid me gave it one more chance. Trashed almost the whole order. That was a  $13 and change. Never again

I went there a couple time around like 9. While James (employee) was very nice and with amazing customer service. The fries I received (both times) were cold and hard. And the chicken was dry. I get it they don't want to have to keep remaking food and throwing it away. But I wish at least I got fresh fries. The ones I receive must have been a couple hours old under a heat lamp.

Love Wendy's food but this store is a mess.  Food and garbage everywhere.  I went through the drive through.  I looked in the window and caught an employee making fun of me,   unbelievable

TWINSBURG OHIO. Only 1 person takes and fills orders during the lunch rush. 15mins and my order hasn't been taken yet. SLOWEST SERVICE EVER!!!! AWFUL!!

11-30-17 a special on sausage burgers seeing as how there is zero soap in the men's room and an Employee just finished urinating rinsed only and began working the food
