Never seen a more incompetent group of people trying to serve food. The guy at the register, sick as could be, sneezed all over the food and his hands before serving everyone's food. I waited 20 min for a bowl of chili. And I was one of the only people in line. This place is a joke. Avoid at all costs.

After sitting in line for 20 minutes in the drive through I finally get my food. Get to my destination and low and behold it was wrong... Ordered a spicy chicken sandwich. I got just that. A chicken patty on bread. I didnt know I had to order the lettuce tomato and mayo separate....tried to call them just to let them no and it rang and rang and rang.

French fries looked like floor sweepings, dark brown, small pieces !  Totally unacceptable.  Two cheeseburgers ordered - 1 sandwich cold to touch at end of 10 min. drive. Supervisor acknowledged issue, after counter staff completely unconcerned, unprepared & seemingly untrained in customer service, keep in mind this was quality of food served at 6PM (dinner hr). One young woman working the counter laughed at the situation. I reminded her customers had lots of options in the area. I will not revisit this Wendy's again !

Stopped here for lunch during a road trip ordered food inside to go. First issue was that they forgot an order of nuggets which we caught before we left thankfully. Second and third issues weren't caught until we were too far down the road

Second issue was a hair found in our fries which is an issue and prevented me from finishing off the rest of the fries. The third issue was the pop. Both diet cokes we got the flavor was off; probably needed the syrup changed but could be something more since they use the pick your flavor machines.
