Wendys in my opinion has always had great quality food, but recently our experience was not so great. My family and I ordered food which was good quality,  but as we sat in the very back of the restaurant, we heard quite a few obscenities spoken. I can only imagine what the tables closer to the front heard. Mind you, we had our 4 year old daughter with us. The so called "manager" at the time was talking about drinking and putting on his "beer goggles", referenced "that's what she said innuendos" and dropped a few swear words as well. Definitely not going to be dining in anytime soon. We can definitely notice the lack of management and friendliness decrease in the past years. Overall not happy with our recent experience.

Food was great! The service definitely leaves a lot to be desired. Jennifer at the counter was very unprofessional. She waited several minutes to acknowledge me as I was waiting to order. She then seemed put off that all I ordered was one meal. She continued to be rude to other customers after I ordered.  After that, it took 15 minutes for my order to be filled. Customer service needs some work.

Terrible service. Went through the drive-thru and ordered a #2 with a strawberry lemonade and my wife ordered a hamburger.  We were going to share the drink and fries. At the window it was $7.15 and my wife gave him $20.15.  Instead of getting $13 back, she got $12.85. There were no fries in the bag. When she told them politely that they had forgotten the fries, the guy at the window was rude and said that we didn’t order fries. She offered to pay for fries and he seemed put out about it. At that point I was done and said to forget it.  She had ordered the background cheeseburger and the bacon was cold. Terrible customer service and the food was not good. I would not recommend them. Plenty of other options close by.

Spent 15 minutes in a drive thru for a fast foid restaurant! Incredibly slow!

minutes in the drive thru, charged us for the wrong order, very rude about changing it when we were being honest and paying more, everyone is sick even though we threw most of the food away after one bite. The chicken was barely warm, one bite/chicken nugget was enough for the entire family to be sick.
