Went through the drive up the first time, ordered, picked up order, went to park. When the order was unpacked, there was no fork for the fries, which were baconater fries, that needs a fork to eat. Had to go through a second time to get a fork. After eating, when going over the bill, we found a charge for a senior drink that should have been free. When we went back through the third time for the refund, we were treated pretty shabby. Their attitude was that we were trying to get something we weren't entitled to. All in all a pretty shabby experience. We weren't treated with the respect a customer should receive.

I grew up in Fishkill New York and can remember when this Wendy's was open I also have dealt with them when they've made a mistake and they go above and beyond to fix it if they forget to give you something they will replace it and give you your money back the management is great and the food is always top of the line they also have a lot of healthy stuff on their menu and it's great place to bring your children it's also located right on Route 9 so it's easy access they've also just recently changed their look everything was redone so it's really brand new it's very modern-looking

This place is your average Wendy's but what I really liked was that the bathroom was very clean. If need a number two. This is the place for you.

Only giving 3 stars.  The manager should know the prices and the menu.  If you don't know that you add a cookie for 99 cents then don't help stay in the back.

This Wendy's is extremely clean. The staff is very friendly and quick. At peak times the drive thru can get backed up but you can get around that by going inside. The food has always been hot and fresh and you can put together a delicious healthy meal if you want. I personally like the half power Mediterranean salad and small chili.
