Very good service. I rarely have any issues with my food here. Easy in/out. Staff are usually friendly.

The woman on the speaker was rude, she rushed us, got our order wrong twice, gave us the total before we were finished ordering, told us the incorrect total at the window, and then once we finally had our food it was still wrong when we checked it.

We ordered two burgers and fries. We asked for one of them to not have ketchup, onions, or tomato. In terms of complexity it's a fairly simple order.

On the plus side they gave us free BBQ sauce? Not sure if that is a positive or a negative.

Also there was a piece of bone in the burger.

In the interest of fairness I really do enjoy Wendy's, just not this one.

Grilled chicken sandwich was delicious. Had medley of greens,tomatoes, and dressing. Need to try it if you haven't already. Also low in calories if you're watching your diet.
