Had to repeat myself 4 times in the drive thru, fries were edible, cheeseburger was cold, nuggets were old.

Horrible.  Been here for 20 mins.  Haven't moved in dine in line.  Staff has zero sense of urgency.  People have walked out.  No apology for wait.  Very frustrating visit

One of the worst Wendy's ever. Never get our orders right. Never! I mostly only get salads & they NEVER include the things that are supposed to come with it like croutons, nuts, etc. My husband has received something completely different than what he ordered...obviously someone else's order. Today's drive-thru order came with no pecans, no plastic serve ware, no napkins. Have you ever tried eating a salad with your FINGERS?!!! I'd go elsewhere, but there's not much choice in Martinsville. If it was an occasional slip-up I could overlook it, but EVERY SINGLE TIME?! C'mon people, I'm not asking for the moon...I just want my order right...the first time.
