Two ladies at the drive thru wouldn't let me switch my fries for a baked potato. I've done this several times before and at other Wendy's too but these two ladies need to be taught better. Went there on Nov 29 2017 at 2:15pm. Your employees need retraining.

I have always received good service here, and they keep things clean, food is usual Wendy's quality

(Empty) food bag was dropped on the dirty floor and still used. The lady getting the French fries wasn't wearing gloves. Food was decent though.

A surprisingly young staff which performed their responsibilities with great efficiency and responsibility. Very clean and hospitable franchise location.
