Always a good quick food place...not the best quality but it is fast food

I've never had such a horrible experience at any Wendy's like the one we had last night. After driving for more than 10hrs we stopped at this location to grab a hot meal and the was received by such a horrible customer experience by non other than the manager. Her name is Melinda. The girl at the register had messed up my order so i needed to get a refund, when the manager appeared she rolled her eyes and toss the money to my husband. I had order 2 juices and one milk but my little one changed her mind so i switched one juice for another milk a very nice man named cesar kindly switch it for me but once the manager noticed she took it back, i told her i had changed my mind, she rolled her eyes and gave me attitute and put it back. She is by far the worst manager I've encountered in my entire life. I feel horrible for the people working with her. Be aware of this lady. My sister in law who was buying after me received a worst experience than myself. I cannot believe Wendy's has such a poor judgement when hiring someone to be the face of a restaurant. Never in my life would i buy at this location again.

We love the baked potatoes healthier option. Chili is very good. Nice family place

I would leave no stars, but it's not an option. Waited in the drive through with only one car in front of us for 20 minutes. Finally drove off without our order. Nothing like continuing a road trip with a hungry family. Great job Wendy's, you lost our business for good!

Thrybwere fast and got our 5 orders correct. Even out them each in a bag so it was easy to give them to each individual.
