Was at the drive through, apparently had “their mike” open! Heard them talking, a unknown male “stated F____” people at the drive through! I spit in their food! I drove off, I don’t know if they ever knew I was there! The time before, about 3 weeks ago waited 12 mins for a regular hamburger????? Lazy, thouthless, arrogant workers! Management and staff should be investigated by company! Never going back after the food comment.

Went into this location and I was ignored once I got to the counter. Gentleman saw me and looked away. Another employee had to tell that same gentleman he had a customer. He was not happy at all to help me. He might as well rolled his eyes. His mannerisms and body language was terrible! Absolutely nobody in the place said a word. No greeting, no thank you, no have a good day.. Pure silence. It was a very unpleasant experience and I will never come back. This place is in desperate need of some customer service training. Terrible!

Worst Wendy's I've ever visited. I've recently lived in both North & South Carolina and they ALWAYS let me order a frosty on the 4 for $4. So, here they told me it's corporate and each franchise is separate. It was a freakin tiny little frosty. Really? Okay, well, your franchise sucks. The burger was ice cold. No thanks Wendy's...I miss North Carolina now. And I WILL go to any other franchise but yours. Ba bye!

The front desk clerk was very scatter brained and did not listen very well. I was 5th in line and I watched as each person got their order and something was rang up wrong or left out. The guy who was first had been waiting the longest. His burger had been sitting on the counter awhile he told Ross that his burger was getting cold and needed fries and make it to to because he was now running late. Ross threw a 3 strip in a bag and told the man that was his order. The man frustrated said he didn't have time for this and asked for a refund. Still Ross tried to give the man the strips when the man paid for a number 8 and only needed fries. Manager came, gave the refund and put the cold burger in the bag with the strips and asked him to take it. When the man didn't she slammed it in the trash in front of me and the 3 others in line. Once I ordered I received reg fries when I ordered baconater fries... I didn't bother with their terrible attitudes. Took my food to the lobby and was unable to find a single clean table. Will never be back.

Ordered a simple 3 piece chicken tender meal she told me I needed to pull forward because the chicken was being cooked hot and fresh I waited outside by the door for 11 minutes and went inside and they had no idea where my food was they probably gave it to somebody else if I could give this restaurant less than one star I would this place sucks the employees suck
