Went in at 5:30 today, ordered 2 baked potatoes and 2 sandwiches. Was told they only had 1 potato and I would have to wait 30 minutes for another one. This was during the dinner hour not 8 or 9 at night. It seems logical to have started more potatoes before they got that low, considering the time of day and it's one of their more popular items.

I will never go to this Wendy's again! Maybe any other Wendy's at that. I witnessed a couple said to be from out of town, who had came in the store after their car was broken into.  Politely asked the manager if there were extras or mistakes they could have to eat cause they haven't eaten all day. What I saw next,  still bothers me. Not only did she refuse, it was so rude that it ruined my dinner. Exact words "I DON'T HAVE TO GIVE YOU ANY FOOD " and said this proudly. I'm sorry,  but it's inhumane.  I took the couple myself down the street to Carl's Jr,  much better customer service, and bought the dinner.  And was very grateful,  how another person can turn down hungry... is beyond me.

Bathroom dirty,  plenty of staff on hand and no guests in the dining room area.  Cashiers could smile and not complain it's been a long day,  unless you are working 14 hours I consider anything below a short day. Fries were luke warm, but the asiago ranch chicken club was tasty.

The chicken wasnt so great at all we ordered two chickens sandwiches and they werent the same size and food wasnt fresh
