Chelby took extremely long to give me my order. I ordered my food at 3:05pm in the drive through and didn't receive it until 3:17pm. I had the 4 for 4$ meal and my lemonade was basically water. My 'sandwich' was made sloppy and everything was falling out. My fries were lukewarm, burnt, and some of them felt ice cold like it just came out the freezer. 

I just...can't. I'm not going back unfortunately

One of the lesser enjoyable experiences from a Wendy's.  Floor was pretty dirty with tables not cleaned.  Not very busy and employees on break walking past papers and garbage on floor.  
They were out of large cups since Thursday.  When asked what kind of sides they had the cashier responded "medium and large".  When asked again what were the side choices, she agsin responded, "medium and large".  Then asked what other than fries are avaiable.for sides?  "Fries and  criss cut fries"'.
Soda machine was out.of.several drinks  (Coke's new multi flavor machine).  No ketchup in the lobby, had to have packets.  When got.the #3 (triple burger no cheese)  it was just kinda thrown together and falling apart before eating it.  Half the burger patties were off the bun, lettuce and onion were further off the bun.  
Not a good experience at all.

We ordered something that was going to take more than 3 minutes to have ready so they had us pull over to the waiting parking area. We had our order PLUS two frosties on the house in less than 5 minutes. Great customer service and much appreciated.

Sat in line for nearly 25 minutes waiting to order in the drive thru. When we finally did get to the window it took another 10 or so minutes to actually get the food. Not over impressed with service, or those taking the orders.
