Wendy's is okay. It is fast food but they have a fairly wide menu selection. Their chili is really good and their salads are good also. Just fast food but sometimes l just got to go.

I eat here often.  Mostly chose off the value menu.  The grilled chicken wrap is my favorite.  Ask for free senior drinks.

Busy location that can get slammed. Staff does their best to accommodate. Typical Wendy's menu.

Worst customer service on the drive thru. Probably also inside. You can't add anything when paying at the window anymore...
When attempting to add a tiny Jr frosty lady at the window interrupted saying "you have to go back around to add" . Back around! Really ? Back around the drive-thru all over again- to add a Jr frosty? Do they not care about the customers time? Weather it's at lunch time, which is the busiest time of day... it costs your customer for time and money going back around than for them to add an item. Laziness,  a bad attitude towards the client and carelessness will cause you to loose clientele Wendy's. It's sad that your employees don't realize the reason why Chick-fil-A is becoming the number One restaurant in America. Here's why: excellence in customer service not just in food. Sincerely, a disappointed customer.
