Horrible service. Absolutely awful. My debit card chip is scratched so I'm getting a new card. My bank decides to go ahead and cancel the scratched card. Not knowing, I was declined. As embarrassing as it is I called and had it fixed. The Wendy's refused to remake my order even though I explain to the woman in drive through I was coming back. Not only was the mess up humiliating but refusing to give me service and threatening to cut up my card in front of a line of people was too far. I will NEVER return.

The food is typical wendys which is usually pretty good. However the service is less than be desired here. The employees are not very friendly. It seems you are more of a bother than a paying customer and keeping them employed.

this is the type of fast food you can't just grab your grab of food and drive away, you HAVE to check your food EVERY SINGLE TIME. get it together employees, jeez.

I've always looked at Wendy's as different from BK, McD, and HarDs... More of a mature theme hamburger fast food restaurant. I frequent Wendy's 5 to 1 over the others.
