If I could give it a zero I would!!! There were about 6 people of staff. Two of them were hard at work serving food and taking drive thru orders. But the rest were just clowning around, on their phones, INCLUDING the manager. Tell me how it takes 2 people to fill up a cookie container?? I was literally waiting at the window for 10 minutes because the only person working the food area was backed up, trying to get the chicken strips to fry because no one else was "available" to do it. Horrible service except for the two girls that were working!!!! They were kind enough to apologize to me for the wait.

They got the order so wrong we had to go back 3 times. Some of The workers had bad attitudes when they had to correct the order. Won't be going here again. Sucks because it's the closest one to my home.

This is not a one time impression, consider this a long term review. Worst drive thru service ever. If you eat food at the normal times, most humans eat food, bring a book with you if you plan on using the drive thru service. The wait is almost always around 45min, most of the people in the line get pissed and either pull out of the line and head some place else, or park and try to go in for faster service. This has been going on for years, and the Management has done nothing at all to fix the issue. The stuff doesn't care. I've never once heard someone say "sorry for the long wait". Everyone from the top down in this place should be fired.

I asked for no onions and they gave me no onions but they didn't label it so I got stuck with the onion sandwich and my cousin 8 the one with no onions that stupid bith
