I went here at about 7pm on a Friday and while the employees were polite, it was SUPER slow. Went through the drive through and it took 20 minutes from when I ordered and 3 cars in front of me bailing to finally get my food. I asked if they were having difficulty with something and they said no - It wasn't even that busy inside so not sure if they were understaffed or just didn't care...

They just spent a fortune knocking down and then rebuilding this restaurant. I felt bad after I had been there before that I had given them a bad review so I thought I'd try them again. Just goes to show sometimes it's better off not to give things a second chance. I'll never go back there again

Unless you have time to waste don't bother going into the lobby of this Wendy's...Its way to small everyone was tight together and it was not very busy...The back was slow and the poor girl up front looked lost...maybe the drive through would be better...

The remodel is great but it took entirely too long to get the food.  It felt like they filled 10 drive thru orders before they'd fill one dine in.

Went late at night as a break from studying and all I got was drinks because I was thirsty. I ordered 3 Strawberry Powerades and a Strawberry Passionfruit Chiller, and they couldn't even get that right plus one of the employees smelled like really strong weed. They forgot one of my drinks, but it wasn't worth going back and having them screw it up and waste my time more. I avoid places like McD's and Taco Bell because they are known for this horrible service but never did I think Wendy's would become incompetent. The one on 103rd is worse I refuse to ever go to that one. Wendy's get it together!!
