Unprofessional manager who belittled the man at register. Order was messed up . No clean tables. Pop machines only had diet. Manager went out for a cigarette during pop machine crisis. However food was nice. When finally got it... We won't be back until something is changed. No wonder why they are hiring.

Staff was either rude or you could hardly hear them or understand them in the drive thru. Food was either too salty or almost not edible due to the almost black bottom bun of a chicken sandwich. It is beyond me how a cook would think it is acceptable to serve something that I’m sure they wouldn’t eat let alone is clearly burnt. This makes the second time in a row we have tried to eat at this location and the service and food has been bad.

Food was good but mybe i came on a bad nite staff was seemingly getting into a fight. (Verbally) Behind the counter witnessed two woman verbally going at it one white one black the white employee being the aggressor. But my food was good and service was fast.

went inside to order with a long line at the drivethru. nobody inside so got to oder quickly. but drivethru went faster and took forever to get food. horrible inside service took way too long.

With so many other cleaner and better places to eat in Dubuque I would recommend you go somewhere else. My kids and I went there and got 2, 4 for $4 meals & 1 strips kid's meal. It was a 20 minute wait at 3 in the afternoon and we only had a family of 3 that ordered in front of us. We waited even longer for the 3 frosty's we ordered plus their vanilla frosty machine was broken. The cashier that took my order was friendly but I was not impressed when later when we were eating he was out the side door near the drive through smoking a cigarette. No thank you! Next time we will go to Five Guys, Chic Filet, or even Burger King and skip Wendy's.
