I'm a pretty big fan of the Wendy's menu, and have been for a long time. However the items on the menu just don't taste as good when the person handing them to you has been rude the entire time with no customer service skills. Also I work in customer service as a server, and I would never feel good about handing over the quality of slop that this establishment has provided me with my last 3 trips now. 

It use to be one of my favorite locations for Wendy's in the area however, it feels like I'm being yelled at pulling up to the drive through when I'm met with a very rude and rushing voice. Not only when ordering, but when receiving my food too. 

My fries and nuggets were cold. You just don't give a grown man cold fries and nuggets, it hurts the soul. And I don't know how they manage to only get half the patty in the bun, and at the same time get the full slice of cheese in the bun. It's an incredible talent, and they excel at it seeing as it's my outcome every time.

Really needs better management all around.

Mike the manager was on the register and happily took my order he was smiling all the time. When I was eating my lunch he came buy and ask if the food was hot and everything was good,all the time smiling .l said every thing was  good. He check the others that where seated. You don't see that very often. Thanks Mike.

The food was cold the pop wasn't next right Coke and threw up there like I said the food was cold I did not like my visit I was not happy Wendy's I give it a zero rating

It's sucks when you get your drinks and they're all ice. We literally got 3 sips out of our fruit chiller. We paid $2.39 for this from-concentrate drink made behind the counter. My wife ordered a baked potato and then after we got our order, they let us know they're out of knives. I guess we should be thankful we didn't order chili and then they come back with "We don't have spoons."
