They were extremely nice... Had to wait on the food which was okay but was told that I would have fresh fries... Disappointed that they weren't hot....nor did I get any ketchup which I would have thought that they would have done since I had to wait on my food... just disappointed...

I absolutely love wendys. Affordable and good. Their .99 chicken sandwiches are really good. Their fries are okay. But only if you have a frosty to dip them in. Staff are usually pretty nice.

I enjoy this Wendy's, the workers is always excellent and well mannered, you can tell they make their time at their job exciting and fun for themselves and their customers!!! The only place in catlettsburg that I would recommend except for My Speedway Store right down from them!!!😜

Poor experience. I would not go back here. Took too long for order to be made, fries were old & had to be replaced. Cheese was not melted on burger. Appeared to be clean. Employees were friendly & apologetic for the issues but the manager didn't really seem all that concerned. Thumbs down.
