I placed a mobile order for one baked potato. When I got to the restaurant, there were 12 cars in front of me at the drive-thru. I called the restaurant to ask if I could come in and pick up the potato. They already had my credit card number and everything on the app. She said no, I had to wait in line behind all 12 cars. I cancelled my order. I understand why they couldn’t just unlock the restaurant and met me in even though 10 minutes before the lobby  was open. But as a manager, I would be unhappy to hear my staff was unwilling to run a small order out to a customer and that they instead advised the customer to cancel the order.

We came from Houghton and apon pulling into the drive through they helped us immediately, Zachary immediately knew what we had without asking our name, we ordered via the mobile app and got a free chili, and I had a bacon cheddar baked potato and my boyfriend got a 10 piece and a burger and it was the most Picture perfect meal, right after a wonderful Valentine's day to start off 2023 right

Tasty food, open late! I dropped My sandwich on the floor and the kind staff remade it for me! The pineapple lemonade is also super tasty!  Parking: Lots of spots  Kid-friendliness: Comfy chairs and good kids meals

They have great salads but poor customer service. This time, I even found a hair in my food which was definitely not mine. I would have brought it back but I was at work.

First time at the Marquette location in a few years. Food was good till I realized at the end of my meal my burger had some wierd sauce on it.  Was very unimpressed.   Won't return anytime soonFood: 1/5

Never get the chicken wrap from wendy’s. There was barley any lettuce in it either. They fill it half up so for half of your wrap you’re just eating tortilla. What a RIP OFF for the price they charge you. Go somewhere else for your wraps

Hi I usually don’t write reviews when humans just make simple human errors. But I keep asking for unsweetened ice tea and I keep getting sweetened and so today I asked at the window if the tea they were handing me was unsweetened and they said yes and it definitely is sweetened and now I can’t drink it : and I asked for no ketchup on my burger and a side of ghost pepper ranch which they charged me for and I got a whole bunch of ketchup on my burger and no ghost pepper ranch. So just very bad overall : wanted a reward after a long week but def disappointed and also why lie to me? Just get an unsweetened ice tea and say no we made a mistake. Super annoyed that I can’t enjoy what I paid for

Overpriced mechanically separated chicken made into patties. The Wendy's APP fails when trying to pay, and the restaurants staff offers zero help.Food: 1/5
