Well, Wendy's is kind of my go to fast food restaurant. However, you will never find yourself disappointed when it comes to the quality of food.. Also, with this location on Sullivan the service was friendly and quick. Same old wonderful food. Just a different location. I love the breakfast baconator Parking: Plenty of accessible parking on both sides of building.
Quite a delightful experience. I get the 4 for $4 because, well, why not, when it’s such a great deal for food that is delicious and abundant. The employees were nice and the other customers were friendly, too. I’ll come back.
My experience is shown in the picture below. No refund. Tried contacting corporate, no response yet. I bought five breakfast sandwiches for the family and that green bacteria/mold was on every egg. I really hope you reconsider getting food here. If they are willing to let eggs like this go through the door, who knows what else they let through.
Great experience, food was cooked fresh and the associate at the window even gave me an extra sandwich and told me when he handed me the bag of food so it was intentional. I know it doesn’t mean much because most people don’t look at fast food reviews but it made me quite happy after getting ripped off by Taco Bell last week because they wouldn’t refund an online order that their system glitched and put in twice but I also didn’t get the food either. Food is good, but staff is always slow waited in drive through for over 35 minutes! Lobby has been closed for months on end. Waste of my gas and time for an already overpriced meal compared to over fast food places, average price is 10 bucks for a combo wendys is 14 bucks! They also pay their workers 15hr while taco bell does 17, Jack in the box 16, and McDonald's 16 as well. Poor management.
As far as fast food places go, it's not bad, but it is very much average. Not terrible, not terrific, just average. Not a bad place to get food from, but honestly there are places that I would rather go that I have given higher ratings to.
Food is always fresh and hot, service is fast and friendly. The drive thru people seem sincere when they tell their customers to "have a great day!"Food: 5/5
Food is the same quality that they suppose to bring out. Nothing much I can say for that. They have the best staff out there specially MargaretteI think that's her name she's so friendly, sweet and fun to talk with. Clean place. And foods are always fresh.
Ordered a apple pecan salad with pomegranate dressing. Had to throw salad away because the salad was slimy. This is the second time it has happened. Will not eat there again!Food: 1/5
Usually when we order from here i get the Dave’s triple as a lettuce wrap and I praise them up and down that they make my sandwich beautiful and perfect amount of lettuce for the bun. Today EVERYTHING we ordered is was not okay. ALL the fries are cold they didn’t make my husbands sandwich correctly and it’s cold as well and my sandwich… well they put 1 skippy withered lettuce as my lettuce wrap on a Triple burger……: also gots drink wrong too. Seems to me that today’s crew between 11am and 1pm are lazy….sorry but step it up Crew member…
