False advertising on the Double Bacon Stack Biggie Bag - it says $6 on the sign, and when I got to the door Kayari, and the manager on shift gave the worst service I’ve ever seen from Wendy’s. I’ll never go back there. To be spiteful because they got called out, they even charged me for the saucy nuggs I always wanted to try and put ‘no sauce’ so I lose the $1 value. That’s low of the low pettiness. They purposefully wanted to ensure I have a bad experience. As a fellow industry worker I am ashamed by the behavior I received at this location. Manager might as well be an employee, doesn’t listen to the customer. If I could give a 0 star I would.
I arrived at Wendy’s on Richmond rd at 1:13am on Saturday, 11/2/24 and placed an ordered through the drive thru. I waited and waited… finally got to the window at 1:43am to pay and receive my order, but the entire crew looked at me like I was dumb. The manager took the drawer out and walked to the back, others started to clean up. No one had the decency to say “sorry we are closed” and they ALL ignored me which was extremely rude! They avoided me in every way they could. At that point it was too late to go anywhere else which is also unfair. This store has went downhill!!! The workers always have bad attitudes!!!! I will not be back!
The line only had 3 cars in front of me but when you get to the window they were slow. But the service is better than the one on Mayfield/South Euclid SALADFood: 3/5
After a successful football game, my son ordered a double bacon biggie bag. I was surprised he knew exactly what he wanted! I ordered the same for myself. unfortunately the food wasn't handed to us for 25 min. to top it off, both the fries and the nuggets were cold. AND there was no bacon on either sandwich. disappointed.Food: 2/5
I would rate the food but we never got it.... at this rate, if this Wendy's closes before the end of the year I will not be surprised. Based off of the other people's reviews I'm not the only one with a bad experience. Sat in line for nearly 30 minutes after ordering. How many cars were taken car of? 3... 3 in 30 mins. The warning sign should have been when we asked what was on the taco salad I know taco salad is taco salad, but there was no description, the response we got was a snarky "don't know. Never had it". I didn't ask if you enjoy it... I asked a basic question that someone taking your order should be able to answer. We will never go to this restaurant again. Now searching for other meal plans.
I tried picking up a delivery order here, waited 10 minutes in the drive through line only to find out they were about to close, that “their system was rebooting,” and the order couldn’t be completed. The lady talking to me through the speaker communicated it terribly, all she said was about the system rebooting when I asked about the pickup. Then she repeated it a couple minutes later when I was still sitting there. To me, it implied I’d just have to wait a little longer and not that it can’t be completed. She just told me something and expected me to automatically, magically understand. Well I’m sorry lady, I’m not familiar with that location. An employee doing something outside had to tell me I couldn’t get the order. So I wasted my time and gas, thanks Wendy’s. It irritated me so much I’ll be sure to never give this one any business
One of the consistently slowest and most error prone Wendy’s locations. I try a few times a year thinking it can’t be that bad since they are so close to home, but it’s always 20+ minutes to get my food including via the drive through
I always use the drive-thru at this Wendy's and my order is hardly ever right. Twice I went through and neither time have they got my fiance's order right on simple things. My order can be wrong but her orders got to be right. It's just convenient to my home but I do not recommend itFood: 3/5
The attitudes of the young ppl that work there is horrible. It's beyond me how these large corporations and the GM's don't manage these places anymore.. Its like the workers be mad that your there ordering food...like they really don't wanna be there...smhAtmosphere: 1/5
Food is fine, when I get the right order. Usually my order is wrong. Most of the kids are rude in the drive thru not all. It always takes aclong time and for the price, I can just a bit more to sit in a restaurant. It's fast food, get what you get I guess.Food: 3/5
