So after working a 12 hour shift and not being able to go out and eat with my family to enjoy my Father’s Day. I decided to stop here after work, after not eating all day. I understand it was 12am, but the store doesn’t close until 2am. From the beginning I felt rushed placing my order, not only was I rushed. But I had to pay $2.13 for 2 things of blue cheese, that was supposed to originally comes with my saucy nuggets anyway. Still $2.13 for blue cheese is outrageous. The top it all off, my saucy nuggets weren’t tossed at all, the BBQ sauce was just sitting at the bottom. They were cold and old. Sad because it was my first time trying them, definitely not worth the money I could make them at home if that’s the case. I also order a spicy 10pcs meal. Those nuggets were also cold and old and my fries were cold and old. I didn’t even drink my soda in fear that would be old and flat. I will definitely drive past this location next time, waste of money.
Absolute crooks. Ordered through Door Dash, they charged my credit card which came through as a Wendy's charge and not Door Dash, my receipt showed paid and they would not give the driver my food stating that it wasn't paid for. How in the what? They should not be on Door Dash if they don't know how to work the system. Ruined my lunch hour waiting and trying to straighten their mess which I can't because my order is still pending. Guess I don't get lunch today as my break is over.
The food is the food. Wendy's. Service was also par for the course, though the wait was a bit long and the workers behind the counter seemed flustered and at times argued with each other. Atmosphere/environment is the issue. We sat next to the window - started raining outside and there was a pretty significant water leak coming from the ceiling and down the window. Also, the entryway had a distinct smell of armpit. Maybe I picked a bad day to go? Maybe it's like that all the time? I don't know.
Drive thru experience is getting worse. Order taker neither can speak English nor can understand it. Even simple orders like Spicy Chicken Caesar Salad. I was provided with grilled chicken despite repeating and confirming my order multiple times. Please have people who can speak and understand English to take drive thru orders.Food: 2/5
Decided to try this place and dine in after reading some not that good reviews about it, and was actually pleased with the food and speed of the service, I was eating my food 5 minutes after finished placing my order, that is honoring "fast food" service. Hamburgers were good and fries were hot, Only thing employees have to keep and walk around the common areas and dispensers more often, as people eating there not always clean after themselves.
Haven’t had Wendy’s in a while and decided to mobile order for the family. The store inside was a mess and they forgot to give half of our fries. I generally check my order to check if it’s complete but since it was a mess inside and it was rainy and they taped the bag, I gave it the benefit of the doubt. Friendly reminder to not trust the workers. They have one job and mess it up constantly. Besides that, the quality was so poor and cold meals. Better off paying a few more dollars for a quality meal elsewhere.
The man managing the store tonight is doing an excellent job. He’s a keeper guys. Your store can benefit from having people more like him and hopefully he can attract people more like him.
I placed an order through Doordash because I thought I'd give them another chance. My fries were undercooked and they forgot half my order. Big waste of money, never getting food here againFood: 1/5
I’ve never left a google review before but this was just so disgusting, I got served RAW fries. they were still cold and frozen? A health hazard. I was told to wait on the side so I did for like 10 mins and our food wasn’t cooked. My nuggets were also soggy and cold…Food: 1/5
Second time I waited an extended amount of time outside because my mobile order wasn’t ready. Don’t mind waiting, what I do mind is that they forgot about me twice now. BE BETTER! Stop wasting peoples’ time. Your job isn’t that difficult. Jesus.Food: 5/5
