If you want old dog food. This is the place to get it from. I ordered a Spicy chicken sandwich meal. The fries was old and the chicken was old as well. I gave that mess to my DOG.
Let's just say they're lucky I ordered through UberEats and wasn't there in person. I will be escalating this to corporate and posting these pics everywhere. People need to see this. They play with your food, don't trust this location. This is what jr bacon Cheeseburgers looks like from them.Food: 1/5
Lobotomite management that can't train their employees worth a damn. My burger had no toppings on it at all, just meat and bread. My large sprite was half full as well. Embarrassing. Phone can't even get through so I can't even chew the idiots out properly. Ordered this a regular baconator, got the "dipstick manager surprise". Will happily box the manager should they read this and become upset by it. You suck at your job. Quit. Loser.
I purchased two baked potatoes and received one the other one was French fries with the topping of a potatoe. I know this Wendy's occasionally run out of bake potatoes but they usually let you know. They did not and decided to substitute without asking me if I wanted fries instead. I purchased for someone else and did not realize what they had done. I also was not given a receipt so I was not able to return with proof of what I had ordered.
The food was great. It was fresh made the way I asked with the exception of i got all bbq sauce when I asked for something different. The service was subpar. You can tell it was a bunch of kids working that really didn't want to be working and my biggest pet peeve is someone asking "would you like anything else or will that be all" after every single item I'm ordering. I'm the customer I'll tell you when I'm done. The atmosphere they can't control and I was in the drive thru anyway so not much to say about that.
Constantly out of certain menu items, 50/50 if they can even take your order due to “system problems” how often is their system really crashing-get an IT team over there, damn, rude staff, poorly made food, and incorrectly made food. I can forgive one or the other on occasion but what the hell, guys? I mean, this place is the single worst fast food restaurant I’ve ever been to. I don’t think I’ve had a single good experience and tonight I swore it off all together. I would consider starving over trying to place an order in their drive thru or store ever again.
"Large" fries barely half full. A Son of Baconator with no bacon. Got glared at because we had the *audacity* to ask for a drink carrier when we ordered four drinks two of them large and they tried to hand them to us one by one. They also *never* give a receipt, or even ask you if you want one, and get supper annoyed if you ask for one. The only positive part is that the food we got was decent enough. In the attached photo no fries have been taken out yet. I wiped off the tremendous amount of ketchup and mayo before I decided a review was warranted.
Rude workers! First time coming here and the workers all shocked that I arrived. Took a while for someone to come to the register and take my order. Messed up my order as I asked for dine in with a tray not bag like take out and worker dont bother to fix it even dont bother to give me ketchup and napkins and got bothered when asked for some. Food is good but the drink is terrible tasted almost like water since the machine needs to add flavors and they dont bother fixing them plus the machine dont have many options. Will not come back! Go find another job if you dont like working there and dealing with customers! Never coming again! You just lost a customer!
Wish I could rate zero stars. Placed an uber eats order and five different drivers attempted to pickup. I called the store to ask if they were busy to get an idea what was delaying it, and the man who answered was very rude. He said he wasn't making the order and hung up. The call was less than a minute long. He never even asked my name or what the name on the order was. Never once did they think to just cancel as they keep the order open an hour. Wasted my time and five different drivers time. I assume they didn't want to take online orders, if do they shouldn't have that as an option. Just awful
Consistenly messes up orders. 3 times I have ordered baconators, and 3 times I have received regular burgers. It is too bad it is the only Wendys near were I live.Food: 1/5
