This store provided the WORST SERVICE EVER!!!! Honestly the store doesn't deserve not even 1 star!! I waited in line for 35 mins for the employees to say they were out of burgers, cheese sauce and the shake machine was down! I was told there is no GM for this store to order properly however it became quite clear the employees must of started the closing process early and lied about all the above since I ordered ALL chicken sandwiches and received 2 hamburgers and I watched one of the employees stir cheese sauce but I stir received shredded cheese!! Oh and I can not forget to add there was glitter on my nuggets!! They spoke badly about owner and had zero bedside manors!! I would honestly go hungry before ordering here again!!

This location shouldn’t even be open. I am writing this from the drive through line I am still in 44 minutes later. Sat in front of the comm to order for 15 minutes with no answer. When I finally got to the window two unmasked employees are eating, handling my payment, and packing food all at the same time. Such a gross place do not come here.

Disgusting experience. Will not be back. Cleanliness 0/5. Bathrooms deplorable. Urine left all over the bathroom floors. Never seems to be cleaned except once a day. AT CLOSING TIME. Quality 0/5. If you're gonna slather 30lbs of lotion on your crusty hands, or bathe your dirty self in gallons of perfume instead of actually showering..then don't touch my food! Whoever made my burger must not have been wearing gloves because the bread was bitter and tasted like some sort of flowery hand lotion or perfume. Service 0/5. 20 MINUTE WAIT for these dullards to figure out how to put meat, bread and cheese together into one sandwich. One burger was all I ordered and it absolutely sucked. I was not about to ask for another. Threw the nasty thing away. Price 2/5. Price would be fine. If I hadn't paid $5 for a sandwich I couldn't eat.

Cashier named Teria gave me such terrible attitude and didn't want to give me discount. The manager helped me get discount. Took 15mins for simple fires and chicken sandwich when it wasn't busy. Im disappointed

Food was terrible and the chicken sandwhiches were not fresh they were very dry. We will not revisit this location...Waste of $17.92

If the whole staff is outside that means Don’t stop, the food probably won’t be cooked to order

Only giving one star because I can't give zero. Worst experience at a fast food restaurant ever. From the rude response the moment I pulled up to the moment I drove away without a simple request for condiments fulfilled.  Oh and the inside is locked so I cannot even go inside to pick up my condiments. 30+ minutes for cold food ordered via a mobile app Never again!!!! You may need to start from scratch with staffing. Or maybe just the manager needs to rethink how they motivate staff. This has to be the worst Wendy's in Durham.

Pretty disappointed in my recent trip, went through the drive thru at about 430pm. Got one sandwich and when I was handed the sandwich I thought I heard someone yell something in the back of the restaurant. Didn’t think too much about it. Went on and ate my hamburger. In traffic, the “empty” bag fell over and a rotten citrus fruit rolled out of the bag. Gross and dangerous if anyone has an allergy.  Normally I receive very good service at this location. Will probably be stopping at a different Wendy’s going forward.

I mean my expectations were never high at this Wendy's but even then they failed to meet them. Usually took forever to take you order, get your order, and then when you got your order, it was often wrong. Makes sense why it is closed.

This store has gone down very quickly the past few years. The last few attempts to grab food through the drive-thru have left me wondering why I keep trying. The store appears to be run by teenagers that have no idea what they're doing, or worse, do not care about actually selling food. They seem annoyed to have to take orders, are always out of most items, shut down machines early, deliver the wrong items, etc. The last visit took over 15 minutes in the drive-thru line for 2 orders of fries and 2 cookies. The employee even brought me my cookies out in his sweatshirt pocket they are not sealed, that has to be some sort of health code violation. Who's managing this store!?!?
