Very disappointing experience. I visited last month and was elated to realize that Wendy's added my favorite childhood flavor, orange and white creamsickle shake. I go back 2 days ago just to order it and was told that it was discontinued. What's up with that!!!

Street store. I always pick bad times so i’m not gonna completely blame the store but, i always go when they’re mad high schoolers in there, they’re always loud and sometimes in the way. I guess they’ll be getting food too so I’m not tripping too much lmao. The drinks machines be missing drinks, and the area just smells like sticky juice and stuff  Dietary restrictions: Fast food, ofc they can accommodate you lmao.  Kid-friendliness: Highschool central depending on the time you go, but there’s some in the area or they’ll be waiting for busses.

The burger wasn't cooked. Red in the inside. Fries cold. I took it back up to the counter and explained the burger isn't cooked and they gave me another burger. Same thing. I just left.Food: 2/5

The saucy buffalo nuggets are so salty you can float in a tub of them. Impossible to eatFood: 1/5

This is the cleanest and kindest place I've been at since arriving at Newark. The service is fast and friendly. There is wifi and a couple power outlets. Staff is bilingual.Food: 5/5

Unfortunately, I had the displeasure of interacting with an employee named Sam. Very nasty and sassy attitude. He seems to genuinely dislike doing the basic aspects of his job. A part of my order was unable to be fulfilled due to the item being sold out. He asked if I wanted a substitute. I declined and asked for a refund of the item that was unavailable. This is when Sam decided to roll his eyes and kiss his teeth, start mumbling under his breath, and get aggressive. And for what? He displays all of this rude behavior, just to end up getting someone who knows how to do their job to come and give me my refund. Why wasn't that the first reaction from the start? I’ve had issues with this location before with messing up my order. Yet, I let it go because there are about three workers working there that understand customer service. But I will definitely take this last interaction as a sign to not return again. I don’t understand the appeal of retaining unhinged employees, such as Sam. It definitely seems like a liability.

Very nice staff, super clean and quick service.  Kid-friendliness: Staff so friendly with kids don’t get annoyed when they play.

It use to be my favorite Wendy's until management changed. There is a ex taco bell manager that was fired for stealing thousands of dollars now managing it now that plays with the young male employees even while customers are around which seems odd and disturbing  hoping he's not taking advantage of them. He's more into playing or getting rid of the female employees instead of making his customers satisfied. It changed for the worst a total 360
