Do not come here, not only did i get bad food poisoning, the old oil they use for their fries landed my poor mother in the hospital. We ended up having to go into the emergency room to get surgery to fix this.Food: 1/5

I honestly don’t understand. I haven’t eaten at Wendy’s in years due to them lacking decent food. Today, I figured I’d try again since I haven’t had lunch yet. Ordered a simple jr cheeseburger with no pickles, spicy nuggets, fries and drink. Went to pick it up. Wasn’t ready, the cashier started working on it.  I normally check my food before leaving but, again.. simple order. I left and when I finally started to eat… the cashier gave me one of each nuggetspicy and reg. COLD jr bacon cheeseburger with pickles.  At least the drink was decent.  The fries were cold as well.  I’m completely done with Wendy’s.

Food was good. Jr Bacon Cheeseburger was cold and looked like it just got tossed in thr bag. Ordered online, to Dine-In, but got my food in a bag, with a sticker holding it closed. Spicy nuggs were fresh, as were the fries, which was odd, as they didn't start the order till I waited in line, and THEN walked up to tell them. Restaurant was VERY clean, but the soda dispenser was locked with a code, as was the restroom.

It's located on Harry Hines, which is convenient, but the lot gets dirty. The service is horrible. They act like coming to work is a chore, and they're doing you a favor by being there. Some don't speak English and just give you that smile and nod, then turn to someone else to help you. The food is NEVER fresh. You specifically have to ask that they make it fresh and check it before you go!!  I work at the hospital right across from the Wendy's located at 5502 Harry Hines Blvd. in Dallas, TX. and I have gone to this location for two weeks straight between 5:30 am-5:45 am. Each morn I have waited at the order speaker for over 10 minuets with no service due to your staff not being on time. The young lady that drives the Honda Civic with the paper tags came to the window and advised they were running late so no food was ready. This is unacceptable and needs to be addressed soon. I know your store would and could start earning money for the early morning rush that comes that way if the store would open on time. I have had several co-workers complain about the same issue as well. Since we have to be to work by 6:00 am the 5:30 opening was ideal, and the location is convenient. Instead, we have ALL started going to Jack in the Box since they are able to serve us and satisfy our needs. I actually enjoy your food WHEN they are open. The young Hispanic girl who drives that car was late again this morning and I didn’t get there until 5:40; she sat in her car until 5:45. I waited until 5:50 and she never went to the speaker. The shift manager has been there each morning and never seems to address this issue. Can you please either fix the issue by getting staff that can and will be on time or change your hours to honest times like 6:30 am until close?

The food and service was reasonable BUT!! The restroom  was NASTY!! They need better house keeping when I told the employees they looked surprised like no one has gone in there today it’s already 11 and you didn’t check your restrooms smhFood: 4/5

They forgot a whole meal. That's why I'm giving them 1  on service. The food I did received was good.Food: 4/5

I just stopped by here from Parkland. Very simple order. Not busy at all. They left out my fries. They left the avocado off my southwest AVOCADO chicken sandwich. They left the ice out of my drink. It's a simple job. Get it right.

Just sad u asked for fresh food she told me it just came  out. then gave me the wrong breakfast sandwich n was mad I came back to get what I ordered I payed so I need what I payed for.Food: 1/5

Believe it or not....this is a pretty decent place for the location. Bathrooms are kept locked with pin pad only staff knows....the restaurant itself is pretty clean. The staff move very fast!Food: 3/5
