So I'm sharing my experience at this location. They have two associates who work overnight shift by the name of Sophia and Briana who are quite rude and lazy when it comes to customer service. Just as an update, I have come to this location several times where they either rented to give me customers food or slammed the door on me in the process of me showing them a door dash order. Door dash had to file a report against these employees because when they called the Wendy's location directly they hung up on her. Sophia recently called police and lied to them about me not being a door dasher, attempting to get me banned from picking up customers food from this location and stated since a report was filed against her would not give me customers food. For my safety I took a picture of the young lady as well as filed my own complaint. They literally stand around refusing orders through the drive thru. When I investigated the matter during regular business hours I spoke to an actually manager who informed me the young lady is a manger in training who had no authority to ban me from Wendys. She was quite lovely to speak to, Mrs. Keshia who informed me this matter will get handled and taken care of. I've had to deal with both Briana and Sophia every morning when I dash for customers. Customers have called and complained as well with food taking an hour to be completed and police being called from door dash support. If you can go here, go during regular business hours because if your a dasher trying to make a bit of extra money, these two young ladies will hold you up and lie to not give you food for clients. It's quite sad. The youth these days refuse to earn a living respectfully and actually work for customers. Your in the line of servicing other people your demeanor should be so.
Can somebody please tell what the hell is this? It was supposed to be a taco salad, but it’s a taco salad with no tacos. But I definitely got more than I bargained for when I rolled up through the drive-through and got a side of attitude From one of the employees Nae. It seems as though they sent her outside to take orders, but when I drove by, it looked like she was talking to somebody so I went to the drive-through. Once I get to the window Nae With an attitude asked me if I had not seen her in the back, trying to get my order to which I replied no, I thought she was talking to the guy. She proceeds to tell me she was trying to get away from the guy. I’m sorry she felt like she needed to take out her frustration for being outside on me when she should’ve taken it out on her manager who sent her out there in the first place.
Wasn't great, wasn't bad. Nuggets were old and somewhat dry, but fries and burger were fresh and hot. Took a few to get someone to take KY order in the lobby. Guy seemed overworked and was really brief, but not unpleasant. Food order was correct. Wait time once order was placed was about 2 mins. Employees looked rushed and a little stressed, bit they were not shouting or being rude. It *was* the end of the lunch rush, around 230. While it wasn't a "wow" experience, it was about typical for fast food visits.
Service was extremely slow. The lady working the register seemed new and was having trouble ringing up orders. Every time she turned and asked the manager for assistance, the manager looked annoyed and did through bare minimum to help. So the line inside was backed up past the door. While we were waiting for our food, I overheard someone ask for new fries because the ones they were given were cold. One of the workers stared at the customer for a second, and then grabbed the fries and gave them new ones. But the worker acted like they were bothered or offended that food would come back. When we got out food, both my and my wife's burgers were dry and had ZERO flavor. No seasoning added at all. Also, our fries were cold and stale. We figured out that it was because the fries were being put into the fry containers and set out instead of staying until a heat lamp. I wanted to take our food back, but there were so many people waiting for food or waiting to order, that I was basically ignored. We ended up throwing away our food and going over to McDonald's. Not really an upgrade, but at least our food was hot and had flavor. $30 for food I wouldn't donate to the homeless. This place only received 1 star because Google won't allow you to rate 0 stars. Dave Thomas would be ashamed of this establishment. Parking: Small, cramped parking lot
Went to this location ordered 2 breakfast sandwiches and was charged $9. Thought that was expensive. While waiting for my order,I noticed a promo poster that indicated I could have gotten the same sandwich with fries for $3. I then asked why I was charged $4.50 for a sandwich and no fries. I was told I only ordered sandwiches and that was the price. It made no sense and I should have been told of the special. There was no reduction in price but I was given the fries. I feel like I was taken advantage of and will never go to that Wendy's. When I got home I checked the reviews for this Wendy's and saw a lot of 1 stars. No wonder based on this customer service. At a minimum I should have been told of the special when I ordered or given a refund for the difference.I typically don't go to Wendy's and will certainly not stop there again.Fool me once but not twice.
Pleasantly surprised, this visit was much better than just about all the ones I've had in the past. The crew seemed like they cared, the fries were fresh, and the customer service was great. Maybe next time they get a four star!Food: 4/5
I don’t like to leave bad reviews, but this was BY FAR the worst Wendy’s experience I’ve ever had. First, there is a random burned up car in the parking lot and trash everywhere. I had placed a mobile order through the app, only to get there and discover that the door was locked with no apparent signage. We sat in the designated “mobile pickup” spot for about 15 minutes before I called the restaurant….twice…and got no answer. Several other folks parked in the mobile area and attempted to walk in, so I don’t think we were the only ones. Then we finally decided to pull into the drive-thru line. After about 15 minutes of waiting, we get our lukewarm food. Adding insult to injury, my Dave’s Single was missing onions. Do better Wendy’s!!!!
Dear Manager, I hope this message finds you well. I feel compelled to bring to your attention an unfortunate incident that transpired during my recent visit to your establishment. Despite being a loyal patron of Wendy's for the entirety of my 54 years, I encountered unprecedented disrespect during my visit to this Wendy's location at 1:30 am on 5/12/24. Upon arriving at the drive-thru, I politely inquired about the menu options available at that late hour, seeking clarification on whether breakfast or dinner was being served. Instead of receiving a courteous response, I was curtly instructed to "read the sign." Needless to say, this response was far from satisfactory and left me feeling incensed. Subsequently, as I proceeded through the drive-thru and engaged with the female attendant at the window, I was met with further rudeness. When I attempted to engage in a simple conversation regarding meal preferences, the attendant dismissively stated that she does not consume such items. This exchange left me questioning not only the professionalism of your staff but also the quality and suitability of the food being served. As a discerning consumer, I am left pondering whether it is prudent to continue investing my hard-earned money in an establishment where basic courtesy and professionalism seem to be lacking. The disrespectful behavior exhibited by your staff during my visit raises serious doubts about the standards upheld at this Wendy's location. I trust that you will take appropriate measures to address this matter and ensure that such incidents do not recur in the future. Rest assured, I will be closely monitoring the situation and considering my options for patronizing alternative dining establishments.
I normally don’t complain, but the food at this location was nasty the nuggets was cold the fries was cold and the burger was dry. I forgot to make my daughter meal a large. When I got to window to pay I asked could he change it to large. He said he can’t I was willing to pay the difference, he told me to ask the next window. I asked the young lady she barely responded just Shook her head saying no. I will never return back to this location.
My burger and fries were very good but I ordered the new cinnibon dessert and I was very disappointed. I wasn't soft it was hard like it had been sitting out too long. Service was great and fast though. I hate leaving any kind of negative reviews but for $4.00 I had 3 bites of it and threw it away. My advice is keep closer watch on rotating out old cinnamon desserts.
