In a pinch and needed something quick and convenient. The food was totally fine, but the staff is what really made the experience a memorable. Angela was one of the most delightful and polite employees for a food & beverage chain that I’ve ever met. She was such a sweetheart and totally deserves a raise, the rest of the staff was super efficient and kind as well. Shout out to this Wendy’s team!

Drive through was quick on getting our fries and frostees, but they didn't give us spoons or straws. How did they expect us to eat them. The heavy set employee that gave us the food was not friendly and said nothing. I don't know,  maybe he is a mute. Pulled over in the parking lot and went back and  knocked at the window to get spoons. If you can't do your job you shouldn't be there.

Good food, prepared fast and fresh! Love the fact that we got fresh fries. Ordered from the kiosk which I have to say is a much better experience than the McDonald's kiosks!

The staff here is happy. I look forward to my order every morning and interact with the staff of this location in a very positive and happy manner every morning. I really enjoy starting my day with such positivity from this store, it really helps to start my day the right way. The managers name is Harrinson, he’s doing a good job.

It’s the only fast food in Eagle. So as fast food goes it’s Great!  Seriously though as fast food goes it’s a good place to get food quick that is always consistent.Recommended dishesBaconator

Try to use the Wendy's app. Pulled up the offer followed the steps and nothing happened. The people at the register were not able to help with that either. It was a mess! The person at the register ended up honoring the coupon anyway.  This is not the first time that this has happened. The app doesn't put the offer in the barcode, the register people don't know how it works, and I've been told that it is a 50/50 thing sometimes it works and sometimes it does not.

Don't trust the hours at this location. We were driving on the i70 and they said they were open until 11pm and even had online ordering still on but they were long closed and then nothing after it westbound is open. Stop in Vail or you will regret it.Service: 1/5

I had a salad and my husband had a burger.  Overall,  they have pretty good food.  It's  fast,  fairly inexpensive,  and convenient.

I understand if you are missing something but don't make me finish my order go through the line and then to the checkout and be told that you're missing a bunch of stuff that I ordered that's just sad you should know how close you are to running out of something before hand

Best Wendy's I've ever been to. The food came out quick, well made and hot even during a busy lunch time! Chicken sandwich had super fresh lettuce and tomatoes and was put together well not sloppy at all. Will definitely stop here again.
