I would just love to have a reliable fast food establishment in the Pittsburgh area. On the website it was VERY clearly stated that closing time was at 12:00AM. We placed an online order and ensured we got there 20 minutes before close to avoid any delays for the staff. When we pulled into the drive thru an employee was already in their car and very rudely told us that they closed at 11. Then why was I able to place an order online and why does your website state otherwise? Now we are out money due to our unfulfilled order.

Faster than expected wait, all foods well prepared and warm as appropriate. Exceptional young lady taking orders. I've no complaints,  especially odd as I'm not huge on fast food! Just had to have the $5 Big Bag  Well worth it!

10:40 the restaurant runs out of product? But your website says you close at 12. Change that asap it super annoying to work all day then try to get food but be denied for a lie. If your staff is lazy get a new job or change your operating hours pretty easy.  Wendy’s get your stuff together!

I love crispy French fries but these were beyond crispy and had an awful grease aftertaste.  Plus the Jr frosty tripled in price.  They used to advertise it at 50€ and smaller than previously.  So disappointed, I always liked Wendy's until today.

NEVER EAT HERE. I’d give this place ZERO stars if I could. Not one employee here was wearing gloves. The woman making the sandwiches: no gloves. The kid at the fry station behind the counter: no gloves. I locked eyes with him multiple times as he was grabbing fry’s and nuggets putting them in his pocket then eating them… with no gloves-wiping his salty greasy hands on his sloppy t shirt and again… grabbing fry’s and tucking them into the box with NO GLOVES. This place is disgusting. I got my money back & left. Will never eat at this place again in my life.

Out of all the Wendy's around Pittsburgh this one is my favorite. The establishment is has outdated  Architect inside and out however compared to others around town the employees here are the best. Extremely nice, friendly, always having smiles on there faces and they work great as a team. Very clean if you go inside to eat. Stop by and see for your self.

Wendy's can be a good place to eat. But it's up to the owner and management to keep a standard. With the lvl of filth I seen tonight and the way the staff present them selves behind the counter they have failed to uphold any kind of standard. God only knows that the rest of the place looks like. If your not busy you clean.

Employees were friendly and orders were accurately fulfilled. It was easy to maneuver through the parking lot and easy to enter/exit.  However, the women's bathroom had no place for feminine heigene  disposal. They had "wet floor" signs up. However, the floor felt and looked greesy rather than wet throughout the dining area and the bathroom, as did the handles of the bathroom doors. I was eager to get out because it felt dirty in the dining area. Better to do drive-through.

The dining room is rarely open. This is a pain for UberEATS drivers. I park the car get out then head to the door but it's locked 90% of the time despite the posted dining room hours from 9am-10pm. Then I have to go through the drive thru. If the line is long, it's not worth it and I'll just cancel the order. Plus they just hand you the drinks. This is a pain because my cup holders are for my drinks. Either put in a carrier or better yet, be like McDonald's and put everything in delivery bags.

an absolute JOKE. the website and google CLEARLY SAY YINZ CLOSE AT 12:00. MIDNIGHT. I came at 11:05 and the man taking out the trash to the  dumpster said “WERE CLOSED.” and waved his hand, motioning towards the exit. like i said: A JOKE. Maybe stop hiring 15 year old kids with attitude and no hygiene and you’d have a good staff that can stay till the time it says. Foul.
