Been a loyal customer for the last year, as it's quick and easy once a week on the road going by. I've had nothing but great things to say up until the last couple months then today finding this. Clump of hair. I wanted to go back and vomit on your counter, and may have if I wasn't already 50 miles up the road. Absolutely and completely disgusted. The checkout girl is fantastic. That's the only good thing I have to say about brattleboro Wendy's.

I am Not a fast food lover. I was more interested in prices over anything else.  Wendy's offers some great money saving alternatives that won't leave you hungry.  As with everywhere lately... Staff is short handed.  But they try very hard.  You have to appreciate that!!Food: 3/5

Awful.  We were staying at the hotel next door and thought we would place an online order and pick it up in store. Google, and Wendy's website, and even the DOOR said the lobby was open. Try to pick up the food and the doors locked. We then have to walk back to the hotel, drive less than a 100 feet and get in the drive thru. I wish it was as simple as just picking it up but no, we waited for 25 minutes in the drive thru before even making it up to the speaker, all the while, our food has been sitting ready for almost 45 minutes. Needless to say we were a little peeved. Obviously the food was cold and not very good, but no that's still not it. There was ALSO STUFF MISSING. This whole experience sours my already lukewarm opinion on this company.  Absolutely abysmal fast food restaurant location and company.

Drive through service was pretty good; friendly, & relatively quick this trip.  Do not recommend the peppermint Frosty.  Its taste is fake & not at all enjoyable. I had a bite & a half then tossed it.Food: 3/5

Went through the drive-thru and forgot to order coffee. Policy dictated that an order cannot be changed at the window. So, the staff gave me a free cup. Awesome.Food: 5/5

I had no idea that they had more diet soda options than just Coke. Since the remodel they have almost 10 options! Staff was extremely helpful and very upbeat. Very good experience tonight.Food: 4/5

We stopped at the Wendy's in Brattleboro off from exit 3 for a quick bite to eat. For starters it was NOT quick. When we finally got to the order screen to place our order, we were met with a very unfriendly person who probably should re-think her career in any customer service type of industry. We asked 1 question about kids drinks and we got a very rude response. The food was decent as always but the service was subpar at best even for a fast food joint.

I stop through this Wendys every few months as I do a lot of work in NH but live on the NY/VT border  First time i stopped there a couple years ago, ordered something with Diet Coke as a drink. Something was wrong with the Diet Coke; old syrup? Not enough syrup? Not sure. I brushed it off as bad luck and kept driving.  Months later, same thing. Order a meal with Diet Coke. Diet coke is off. Stale, low.syrup. no idea. I remember last time.  So every 2-4 months or so I stop at this Wendy's, maybe a total of 10 visits in 2 years.  EVERY SINGLE TIME THE DIET COKE HAS BEEN WRONG/OFF.  It already got to the point of pure observatory fascination how long this will go on. I mean, Diet Coke is the most popular soda in the US and certainly the Northeast. Wendy's and Coca-Cola have systematized, independent quality control measures from manufacturing to distribution to point of sale. Plus managers and employees and presumably hundreds of people ordering Diet Coke every week. HOW LONG CAN THIS GO ON?!  It's gotten to the point where I get home from a work trip in NH and even my partner wants an update if they finally fixed it. Up until 12/12/2022, still nasty half-flavor Diet Coke.  Just think how many systems and mechanisms have had to go wrong for 2+ years of bad Diet Coke in the drive-thru fountain...  -no employees or managers drink or test the diet coke...for 2+ years. -no customers have mentioned the bad diet coke...for 2+ years. -no wendy's qc surveyors have noticed the diet coke, either through actual testing or simply seeing an anomaly in the amount of diet coke syrup ordered at this location, the problem -no wendys people have noticed an anomalously low purchase of DC at this location -no Coca-Cola surveyor or technician has checked or noticed a problem in the machine  Its driving me bonkers. Im not sure I even want them to fix it...this saga is just too mind boggling.

Nice restaurant, Sunday evening. It was clean. The service was good. The food was properly prepared and packaged. The staff was friendly and helpful.Recommended dishesFrench Fries, Wendy’S French Fries

My wife and I stopped here for lunch the food was good the only thing that was not on the order when we sat down was the frosty which the young lady who took the order got for me when I went up and told her that I didn't receive it. She didn't smile, and it really didn't look like she wanted to be there. She was polite but looked like she would rather be someplace else.
