I recently visited Wendy's and had an amazing experience. The food was top-notch, I ordered the Asiago Chicken Sandwich, and it was delicious. The restaurant itself was clean and tidy - something you don't always find at fast food places. The bathrooms were also clean and maintained too, which is a big plus. Overall, my experience at this Wendy's was great - the food tasted fantastic and the atmosphere was spotless. Highly recommend this place if you're looking for a quick bite to eat! I frequent this restaurant a lot through the drive through and there are never any issues. At times it gets a little busy but the line continues to move. No complaints. -urfavorite_realtor
Triple Baconator because it was what was needed. Adorable staff as it was the 22nd of December and cute outfits all around. Great to see the veteran staff, all gals smiling and doing their best. Sammich was amazing!Food: 5/5
Horrible experience. Have been here before and never have dealt with this issue. First of all I was told to wait in a parking spot for my food, which is fine considering I’ve done this before at Wendys and other places. The only reason this bothered me is because I had to wait longer only to be served a raw piece of chicken on my breakfast croissant. Unfortunately ate a piece before I noticed the inside was raw and am feeling sick now.
Fast service. Good value. $6 bag. Great taste. But someone needs to be checking the restroom more often. Management seems challenged in dealing with mechanical issues. Entry door doesn’t close. Door handle loose for months. Paper towel dispenser out of order in Men’s Room.
Terrible experiences the past 3 visits. I haven't gone to a Wendy's in years and this place reminded me why. I've gone through the drive-thru 3 times in the past couple of months and every time it's a bunch of kids working who couldn't care less about getting your order right. You ask for sauce for the nuggets, you don't get it. Ask for spicy nuggets, you get regular. I ordered a double stack without cheese, there's cheese on it. I asked for fries with no salt and instead I get cold fries covered in salt. They also never give you a receipt with your order, plus if you try calling the phone number listed under their Google profile nobody ever answers and the voicemail is full. Apparently this location is a franchise and does not fall under the Wendy's corporation, so there is no district manager or a way to hold them accountable. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone or give them any business, unless you like eating cold food not made the way you want it and not getting what you paid for, just let them close.
I like this Wendy's normally. Food and service good. However if you don't get a meal deal it's quite expensive. The Jr bacon burger is 3.19 now. It's so small, so not worth this price. The buns have been falling apart lately too. Not sure what is happening there. Still recommend this location over others
I'm giving this place a 1 star solely because their night crew is absolutely clueless. I order my food the same way every single time I visit. No lettuce on anything. Twice in a row now the night team has failed to either read plain English or the kid at the window is too damn lazy to hit no lettuce on each of my items. I will ask for a refund tomorrow, then will never eat here nor recommend it to anyone because folks can't do the basics of their job ‍
Can't understand why you would serve fresh coffee in the daytime only and not at 7 PM. I guess that is how they are paying for the big screen TV. No wonder they don't have any customers. Will not be backFood: 2/5
We ordered a baconator meal, a few frosties, and garlic fries. However, we never received our side of garlic fries and my regular fries weren’t even salted! We were also never given a receipt or even asked if we wanted one.
I always eat here. They quick with the order. And nice. I like the sitting area with the TV and nice fireplace.Food: 5/5
