The woman who took our order was EXTREMELY RUDE! She kept yelling at everyone, she laughed at my mom for the way she was speaking English which is EXTREMELY RACIST, she had the most horrific attitude towards us and everyone else in the restaurant. She even started an argument with a 12 year old little girl for defending her mom from the way she was laughing and speaking towards her. Definitely seemed truly miserable with her job and life, really disappointed at Wendy’s for hiring people like this. Please don’t waste your money here!
Wendy's should not allow this. Bad service. Bad food. Staff makes you feel like you are messing up their day just by arriving. I can't believe how long it took to get my food considering a I ordered online but they forgot to make it and b how slapped together it looked. Some items were cold. All items were somehow dried out. The person working the front ignored customers that walked in them walked over to the register saying nothing. Just.. okay.. so we order now? I asked for a straw. The man said nothing. I was not a human. I didn't know if he was going to get one or not. He came back but I'm not sure it was for me because he hesitated when I reached out for it. This was a disastrous visit. But at least the food was awful. The picture is my Chicken Cheddar. Guess which one is mine. Vegetarian options: None
I was taking back by I ordered a chicken sandwich and asked them to add cheese and no onion no special sauce add mayonnaise, and everything else that came on which would’ve been lettuce tomato and all I got was chicken sandwich with mayonnaise. I didn’t get it with anything else they only gave it was mayonnaise didn’t read instructions very well. Otherwise I usually don’t have that much of a problem there. Parking: Parking the handicap spots right by the door so he can get in and out quickly
It was ok. The hamburger patty was almost nonexistent. Not how it used to be. The fries were undercooked and cold. Some staff we nice, another I don't think got enough sleep.Food: 2/5
Very disappointed. The first lady didn't give me a price on my order then tries to short my change from the $20 dollar bill I gave her. When i brought to her attention i got a nasty look with no appollogy. I always go there and never had this happen that's why I'm so disappointed and also offended.Food: 1/5
Lived in palm bay close to 4 years now, theres always a problem here. I get take out at least 2x a week i prefer cooking. Occasionally ill ATTEMPT a visit to my local wendys, long story short ALWAYS AN ISSUE. Whether the workers arent up to the task today ie; "drive thru isnt working right now", "were only taking cash at the moment" to your order being incorrect. If your craving wendys enjoy, but go elsewhere because chances they feel like working the off chance you visit are slim to none.
Train your employees. Getting tired of being told they don't work for the app. Why have one if no one knows how to apply the discounts. I showed the cashier the buy one get one offer that was in the app and they couldn't honor it even though it was because they couldn't figure it out and there wasn't anything wrong with the discount.
I understand the kids working tonight are probably stressed since they can only accept cash for some reason. However, the Frosty 'ccino I received tasted completely horrid and was not even a full drink after the upcharge in upgrading my meal. I did not care about it not being full when I first got it because of their situation, but I cannot even explain the sludge of a drink I was provided. I know it's fast-food but sometimes quality does matter more than the amount of time in which it's made.
I ordered a cheeseburger, sm ff and small soda. this is what I got... No cheese, spoiled meat, no toppings and the FF were luke warm and soggy with next to no salt on them. Plus i was charged for a hamburger and a cheeseburger and when i brought it to the attention of the girl handing me my food.. she took the cheeseburger out and left me with this and she kept my receipt when I asked her to take the hamburger off. Will NOT go there again.. Hopefully the management gets this fixed before someone gets sick from their spoiled meat. I took one bit and spit it out.
Drive thru was slow even though it had only one other person in it. I didn't receive my sauce or any napkins but hey at least they gave me 3 straws instead.Food: 4/5
