Horrible. I ordered the food on DoorDash. When it showed up there were no napkins in the bag and the burger had most of the condiments on the outside of the bun and not inside. So it was a crazy mess to eat and nothing to clean up with.  Then I looked at my "chicken" sandwich but they forgot the chicken. How do you not add chicken on your chicken sandwich!!!!! Waste of money and time!

The location on East main Street leaves stores closed and locked until 10:00 a.m. sometimes waiter sometimes never unlocking the door the whole day on sundays. Not only that but they will choose discontinue breakfast early after already having no response to customer service and the only option is  sandwiches that I don't eat, I only get breakfast but after losing out of my money several times I don't think it's a good choice to keep spending money just to throw it out and not get the food I paid for. I was supposed to get buy one get one free one day instead of two breakfast sandwiches I get a hamburger when they don't eat hamburgers suffice to say you got thrown out I called customer service but they don't answer.

Female worker responded rudely to clarifying questions over the speaker.  Very expensive for fast food.  Ordered the new asiago chicken sandwich, and the chicken patty was so dry, it was inedible.Food: 1/5

Why is it that no one at this location seems to be able to read? Every time I order from this place through Doordash I order a couple of sugar cookies. They have been forgotten every single time. The food is always cold and subpar. How hard is it to take pride in your work?Food: 1/5

This spicy chicken sandwich can’t be from  the same day! It It taste awful and it’s super dryyyyyyy.  Wendy’s used to be my favorite place for chicken sandwiches  But after this sandwich I would never back again to buy from this place..
