I left the Aurora location, after finding on the website they won't open until 10:30 but it's people walking around inside. Oakwood location was fast and freshly made. The lady that took my order was fairly nice. I'll definitely will be here for breakfast Food: 4/5

I work on the road, decided I was going to stop at Wendy’s grab a lemonade and use the restroom while I was there. As I walked into the restroom an employee had flushed, walked out of the handicap stall, and proceeded out the door back to work. I was entirely disgusted she would leave without washing her hands.Service: 1/5

I went to this location twice in 2 days and both times were a good experience. The staff were friendly and professional. The food was good as well except for the fries. They were cold & probably been sitting all day! The wait in line was really quick both visits. It was clean and, I felt comfortable eating food from there.

The food is always fresh when my wife and I go to this location. We pass 2 other wendy's because we know it's going to be fresh and hot!Food: 5/5

This location is starting to go down hill, employees aren't wearing gloves nor are they wearing masks. I went through the drive thru and the freezer was frosting on the outside of the building and looks like they have wood blocking holes on the bottom. This doesn't look very safe at all especially if they have holes where vermin might be able to get access to the food not saying there is but I don't know. Also, as of 10/31/2020 they were only excepting cash sales and handling food and paper money. Do not go to this location.

Just close this location. The limited staff does NOT want to be there and the quality of your food proves it. Cold burgers doused in ketchup…hard, old nuggets….just shut it down. We’ll drive further.Food: 1/5

This Wendy's is a little hard to make out from the road. But once you're there it's a modern building with the fresh look. Not cozy country warmth they are known for. The service was good and it did take slightly long to get the food. No stand out contributions to take it over the top.
