My “sauced” nuggets barely had any sauce.. asked for ranch and got honey mustard.. Dr Pepper was very flat.. positive note, the service was quick! Judging by other reviews, seems like this is all a common issue..Food: 3/5

Terrible service!!! Waiting for a long time and won’t able to place a order on line my app didn’t let me place a order and I have to go inside of the restaurant also the manager couldn’t help me out and have to place the order in register and manager was taking care of the rest of the people first instead of me and didn’t have any clue how to fix the problem and also poor customer service skills because I want a baked potato and after ordering it he told me they don’t have it anymore. Also in the on line package of a sandwich a frosty was included and manager told me that can’t include it in the store. Also my sandwich was requested plain and had everything on it !!!To many things together!!! Poor service!!

Hire people who actually work. Went yesterday and it took 10-15 just for them to ask if they can help me in the drive thru, spent 45 minutes in total to order and get my food, most of that ordering. Tonight went with my mother and younger sister, they were talking and laughing while we were trying to order then would ask "what?" We pulled away without even finishing the order after 5 MINUTES of having to repeat their order, and when we did they FLIPPED US OFF. You just lost a customer.

This has to be the worst location, I have ever been to. I would be willing to go to another one way farther of it meant I could get someone who honestly was concerned about customer service. I honestly did feel unwelcomed and the person I did speak to was just rude and just overall unpleasant. I'm not going to say that every experience I've had here was bad, there has been very nice and polite staff but, I've had more cons than pros here.

This Wendy’s location is the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced, no good communication skills, they’re constantly getting order's wrong and being rude while taking your orders.. not ran under good management which is ran by Manny and employees do like to escalate issues with customers and calling customers Liar's when you tells them that they got the order wrong.. I warn you not to go to this location, go get better customer service at the Wendy’s on 52nd ..

Idk what's happened to wendys and fast food in general but it's been so long since I had a good experience that having one felt worthy of leaving a comment. Wendys on Sheridan is the only one in town that doesn't ignore inside customers for drive through and gets hot and fresh food out in a reasonable amount of time.Food: 4/5

Ordered one combo and 2 biggie bags. How they got my drinks correct but forgot all my fries and nuggets and one of my sandwiches is beyond me. Just terrible.Food: 1/5

This is the worst Wendy's I've ever went to! I tried several times thinking it would get better I went there today food was horrible, horrible, horrible, sandwich cold as hell, fries cold, chicken nuggets cold. I will never ever go BACK!!! The absolute worst Wendy's. The cashier's can't count , they young and slow, the early morning manager smells like alcohol and don't open on time. Avoid Wendy's on Sheridan road.Food: 1/5

The pretzel bacon burger was excellent. Flavor was spectacular. I enjoyed it a lot.Food: 5/5
