Ordered a Caesar salad 8/15 between1:30 and 2pm and not only was I given old chicken, the lettuce was old as well. This is exactly how people get sick. I sat in the drive thru for 20 mins or so only to get my food and throw it in the trash.Food: 1/5
I have no clue as to what is going on at this establishment on the day I visited but I will not be back. Experiences like this will make you go home and cook for yourself. As long as the wait was in the drive thru, I could have done just that. And to make matters worse the cashier was incompetent. Let the picture of this microwaved classic chicken sandwich w/o tomato be the poster child for my experience on this day at Wendy's on Vine St.
Absolute worst service I have ever exoerienced please check cameras and drive thru time for 10-23-2024 @ 705 amuntil 730 am that's how long it took to be greeted customers were ignored at 720 and 714 u will see customers pull awày because even with 4 employees inside no one thought to greet them they just continued the work inside yhe restaurant. Please be timely please learn customer service. This place should be shut down. I would be ashamed of I were the manager or an employee !;;;;, I'm writing this as they walk by and watch me asking for help and calling the phone. At least day it's closed if you refuse to open until 8 am I am absolutely at 7:21 a.m. Erica came to the window and said she's sorry she couldn't see me outside because the windows are tinted they won't be ready for a half an hour because the store is opening late and I asked about calling corporate and she said this is in-house only because they wouldn't know anything about it
one rude cashier will destroy your restaurant. Failed to give me a spoon for my frosty, a straw for my drink and ranch for my nuggets. ignored me at the window when I was waving, had her back to me, becasue she knew. so I honked my horn kindly, and still ignored me. finally one of the guys came to the window. This young lady seemed to have a problem with my order very sad. will never go here again. super rude treatment.
Food we purchased was okay. Service was fair. The problem is there are never, and I mean never, any baked potatoes!!! So much so that I’m wondering why it’s even offered at this particular Wendy’s? My husband asked for two spicy chicken sandwiches to be ‘dry,’ meaning no mayo or whatever sauce. What we received was a chicken patty and a bun!! We still wanted the lettuce and tomato!!
Had a simple online order of a taco salad and a frosty what a joke had no idea were my order was staft was yelling no organization never again
I've never had any problems or issues with this Wendy's, regardless of who's staffed when I visit. I'm a drive-thru regular whom they've taken the time and made the effort to know my order and how I want it by my order itself and possibly even the sound of my voice. After three visits or so, they became familiar with me. After my order is complete, someone will say, "Is thus our guy"! or "Is this my man!" I always laugh, and say, "Yes!" We all know the order, and cost, and they simply say, "Second window please!" Payment, order, fist bump, and I'm gone. I feel very valued as a customer. Also, I visit only 2-3 times a week, but consider myself a regular.
I've visited at different times and have always received friendly, quick, nicely prepared orders. The entire place has been clean and pleasant to enjoy the meal.Food: 5/5
Been going here for years and it's been going downhill. Worst case I've ever had is tonight simply ordering 4 sandwhiches and 2 are wrong then they don't answer the phone. I'll be back but they'll here about it and make it right or I'm driving away and never going back.Food: 2/5
Update as of Sunday Nov. 5, 2021. Change my review from 3 stars to 1 star as I will no longer be returning to this location due to their unprofessionalism and rudeness in the Drive-Thru. Trying to place my order when the employee is getting annoyed with me because I asked why my screen is looking different thinking I may be getting charged extra for something that I haven't ordered. And then while I'm trying to add more to my order, the rude employee is speaking over me asking repeatedly, "is that is all?", and then just giving me my total and not letting me continue with my order. So we literally left to go to the Wendy's on Som Center in Willoughby. As we left my boyfriend tried to call that location to speak to the manager and no one was answering the phone even though there were only two other cars in line and no one inside the restaurant. Will definitely be calling corporate. This Wendy's has gone down hill, I do not suggest going too this location no matter how badly you want Wendy's. Original post 2 years ago: It's alright if they don't mess up your order and you dont have to wait 10 mins for the wrong order. Can't turn left out of the parking lot. Pulling in or out of there can be tricky since drivers block the drive when they're waiting at the stop light.
