Wendy's is what it is. Its fast food but this location since the remodel has been the best costumer service that i have ever received from a fast food restaurant. They always have a cheerful attitude and are willing to help with any issue you have with your order. No matter what time of day it is they always are the same upbeat staff. I have frequented this location quiet often because of this factor. The food is good and quality about what you would expect. So overall i'm glad for a the change.

Fresh burgers, fresh, buns, ordered meat patties for our dog , they left off seasonings and put in clam shell for easy feeding.

This particular location seems to employ rude, incompetent individuals that could care less about their jobs and simple food preparation. I ordered an asiago ranch chicken sandwich. The chicken was rubbery and cold. The bun was smashed on one side. I got a medium fry that one could hardly consider a small. The woman at the drive through was rude and short, she kept giving me my total before I even finished my order to the point that I felt I was an inconvenience to her by simply ordering some food. I will never return to this particular Wendy's location, I've had nothing but bad experiences here. Stay away especially late at night, that's when it's the worst.

Great food, the speed of service is good.  Only reason it's not a 5 is some of the management there isn't as competent as they should be.
