minutes in the drive through for a very small order. Left went to another place and when driving back by the same car that was sitting in front of me was at the window....... 15 min later. Absolutely ridiculous for "fast food."

OMG this has to be THE SLOWEST drive thru in town..it's RIDICULOUS..is there a PULL FORWARD policy so the rest of us do not have to wait SO LONG...I love your salads but should not have to be stuck in the drive thru 20 minutes for it..and the inside ISNT any better...RIDICULOUS

The service is bad at this Wendy's. Both inside and out. Had to wait 20 minutes inside before getting served. The drive thru is the same.
It stays backed up alot. The food is good. The only improvement could be fresh fries. They're cold when you get your food.

Fast, friendly, good food.  Slightly higher cost that other fast options but you get what you pay for.
