0/5 on spoons with frostys. Before they used to give me a straw now I don't even get that 😂.I'm lucky if I get a napkin. Management must be getting cheap. Oh and don’t go after 10:30 their doors say they’re open til 11:00 but they close early every night.

Thomas is the nicest person,,Always Always has a great attitude and a smile to everyone. This is very rare in todays world. I Hope I am speaking for others as well. I think this guy deserves not only  a pat on the back but rewarded from his company. He is definitely a keeper!!!

8-6-2017 4pm went to Wendy's in Platte City to order 2 chocolate frosty's waited at the drive thru for someone to take my order.  After they finally took my order I waited in line behind another car for about 8 or 9 minutes.  Someone finally handed me the frosty's out of the first window.  I ask him if they were melted and he said no that they were just made.  When I opened them both of them were mostly liquid and had obviously been made for some time.  This is the second time this has happened to me at this restaurant.  The  customer service is horrible and terribly slow.  This is the last time I will "ever" go there they have lost my bisiness
