Dirty interiors. Strange people sleeping inside the store. The ceiling has been leaking for literally 5 years - in front of the registers. The bathrooms are a NO go ZONE. Get it together Wendys, because the staff there is great.

Always takes forever even when it seems like they're not busy.  Their burgers aren't that big it shouldn't take 10 minutes, then they always put your fries in the bag, fries that have been sitting there for 5 minutes, 5 minutes before your burger is ready. I understand they cook their burgers fresh, but still,  fresh fries that aren't cold everytime would be nice too!

They took 23 minutes for one meal. Forgot sauce. Added ice to my drink when I requested none. Dumb asses.

This Wendy sucks moves so slow theres always two people on the register during a lunch rush or at night there is only one person and 7 people in line , they rather have personal conversations then work , fries are never ready wait time for food is ridiculous,  and I work at a restaurant do better this was my favorite place to eat

Normally to crowded like there are not enough people working. Most of the time only one person on the registar during rush hours. Not the best customer service the last time I went but normally pretty good.
