I went to the drive through tonight at the Wendy's on Hwy. 72,, and no sound came from the speaker after waiting for quite some time, and the screen was dark. I had already waited in line for a while just to get to the ordering speaker. Finally, as other cars had moved up several minutes before, I advanced to the first window without ordering. No one was there, so I waited. When she came, she asked what I ordered. I explained nothing because no one ever came on the speaker. She did not know how to take my order. I asked if she just wanted me to leave, and she goes to get someone. I wait at least five minutes. Then someone finally came. I went there for chili last night, and they were out. The words "our truck doesn't run until Friday" never came out of anyone's mouth. Turns out, they didn't have any heated last night. They actually ran out today. When I got to the second window and asked for a manager they finally said I'm sorry and said they would give me back my 20 plus minutes lost if they could. After i commented that this was unacceptable customer service and they must be trying to drive me away as a customer, they insinuated I was trying to get a free meal. I replied, "No. I just wanted Chili."  I then drove away. I've had many bad dining experiences in my life, but never rated one bad until now. If they don't care about customers, then I feel no guilt in rating them accordingly. Good luck in the drive through line and keep your fingers crossed that they have what you order. They often run out of potatoes, but chili?

Food was very good and tasted fresh. Had to return to the counter twice to get food they forgot to put on our tray. Cashier was not friendly or respectful. Aside from poor service the food was amazing.

Yummy umm wendys the way to eat. The single burger is so filling
And tasteful.

I love Wendy's salads! I did have a cheese burger and fries this visit. On the road traveling. It is easier to have a burger! I can't resist the chocolate frosty! Went through the drive thru and it wasn't a long wait. Very friendly employee at the window!
