Food good, service good. High chairs fail. My son is 2 and unable to fit in the highchairs. At 30 lbs he's not a chunker and he ended up falling out of the regular chairs 2.

Had an insect in my salad. It happens, not the end of the world. But when I brought it to the front, the worker took it over to manager on duty, who then preceded to ignore me. After a few minutes I heard from the back, "is he still there?" Worker responded by saying yes. Then manager continued to not address the situation. So I left. Did the survey off the receipt, and was emailed within 30 minutes offering me coupons to entice me to give Wendy's another shot. I said I would, and was told coupons would be mailed to me. It's been over a month and i've not received them. So clearly the method utilized at THIS establishment of addressing problems is to ignore the issue, then try to win back customer with coupons, then don't bother sending them out. There is one thing Oswego has, that's lot's of fast food restaurant options. Guess Wendy's doesn't need any more buisness. So I'll continue to go elsewhere and suggest others do the same.

It is Wendy's. Always better than McDonald's

I really like the burgers.  They taste fresh.  Prices are higher than the other fast food places.

College kids rude, immature employees sneaking stuff to there friends. Not a place to bring young impressionable children
