THEY CAN'T GET A ORDER RIGHT , call the 800 number and they were to send me a coupon.  Never happen then got a call from their store and they get my order replace. So I in Durant and I stop to take up their service again . AND AGAIN MY ORDER WASN'T RIGHT .My fries were cold and my burger was not hot but warm . SO one please fix this place or shut the doors .

Always always always check your order. They are constantly cycling through employees so it's common for your order to be incorrect regardless of whether you ordered inside or through the drive thru. They always fix the mess ups no problem but don't ever leave without checking.

Its been pretty downhill as of late.  I travel between the one in Sherman and Durant often and this one makes the better tasting burger, but they come in second when it comes to service.  Especially lately and they're always out of basic necessary stuff, something's already broken, or they can't get the order right.

Update:. Last three visits they've gotten my order wrong.  Always out of salads.  I wish my allergies permitted more options for me.

They were reasonably fast but I had to go back to the counter three times to get things they forgot from my order.
